2010-2-1  Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000 Nano Transceiver malfunction.Burnt my hand and melted! So, this is the second one of these that I have had and both have experienced the same problem. They work great for a while (a while being a coupe of weeks) and then one day the computer just states that Windows does not recognize the device and that. The Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000 is an excellent product. Because of the Bluetrack Technology, the mouse can be used on many different surfaces without he use of a mouse pad. This is extremely convenient for people on-the-go. Device setup is plug-n-play, and it can also be used with both Windows and Mac computers.

Welcome back!
