I used Mac's migration assistant to migrate all my files and content from my time machine backup to my new mac. Outlook for Mac 2011 data is one of the options on the Import page. On your new Mac:

  1. Open Migration Assistant, which is in the Utilities folder of your Applications folder.
  2. Click Continue.

On your old Mac:
